David has created over $1B in topline revenue across the organizations he has created and is known for his innovative ability to create new businesses and drive results through the development of people, technologies, patents, and revenues.

 

David is also no stranger to M&A business, leading two high profile company acquisitions including InfoLogix by Stanley Black & Decker in 2011 and LogiStar Solutions by Ernst & Young in 2014.

Charles Miller is responsible for Futura's financial and administrative operations. Mr. Miller has over 25 years of leadership experience in the software and technology space in both public and private equity backed environments. Prior to joining Futura, he served as Vice President of Finance at Sys-Tech Solutions, a leading provider of software and services to the pharmaceutical industry. At Sparta Systems, a leader in enterprise quality management software serving the medical device market, he was responsible for overseeing the company's general accounting and planning & analysis. He also spent 15 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration. Mr. Miller holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Rutgers University.

Tom Grunwald

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Futura, Thomas Grunwald is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing the day-to-day operational functions of the business. Tom is highly accomplished and brings over 40 years of experience to Futura. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, while providing world class customer service to his clients and team. 

 

Prior to joining Futura Mobility in 2021, Tom spent over 30 years at Mercedes Benz USA providing strategic vision and leadership being responsible for the supply chain management for all domestic and export vehicles within the NAFTA region. He has an impressive history of building agile, technology enabled supply chain systems which supported the processing, tracking and delivery of vehicles from the plants located throughout the world to the dealerships in the US.

 

Tom resides at the Jersey shore area, and during his spare time, enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Skilled and inspirational leader with deep technical understanding who focuses resources on ROI and performance driven metrics. Experience fuses a powerful combination of marketing expertise, creative thinking and B2B business development strategies.

VP Managed Solutions

Tom Kreuzberger, Vice President, Managed Solutions is focused on Strategic Accounts and eLearning at Futura. Tom is dedicated to managing and growing our Strategic Account business and has responsibility to support the eLearning courseware and platform sales for Futura. He has a BS from Penn State University in Marketing, and an MBA from Villanova University.

 

Prior to Futura, Tom was the President and founder of a small eLearning company, RTL. His focus was on growing the business, developing new products, and introducing eLearning to many new customers.

 

Tom resides in the Malvern, PA area and enjoys playing and watching sports, and time spent with his family and friends.

Senior Vice President

Mr. Talerico has 20 years of healthcare consulting experience installing Strategic Cost Management Programs. As Senior Vice President he is responsible for oversight of all projects. His areas of expertise include achieving and sustaining improvement opportunities and developing software that empowers hospitals to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Mike lives in West Chester and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, golfing, and hiking.

Michael Gwardyak

Michael Gwardyak –Vice President, Delivery: PMP certified Project Manager and has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry serving in a variety of roles while working for vendors, hospitals, and consulting services firms. Michael joined early on with Futura Mobility in 2014 serving as Service Line Vice President for PMO, Legacy, Allscripts, Meditech and Technology divisions and after a brief transition to Atos returned to Futura in 2020. 

 

From 2002 through 2004, he worked for MEDITECH as a Senior Applications Specialist in the Patient Care and Enterprise Medical Records setting. From 2004 through 2007, Michael worked for Boston Medical Center as a Business Technology Consultant performing application support and project management duties. In 2007, he joined Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Inc. serving in multiple capacities as a Consultant and Project Manager. During his term at Vitalize he performed project management services for several large-scale health information system implementations and upgrades. 

 

Michael earned a BS from Bryant University in Rhode Island and is PMP certified from PMI, he currently lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. 

Jason Ashworth

Director, Technology Sales

Healthcare Technology, Builder of Relationships. Jason oversees many of Futura’s point of care technology based solutions to hospitals across the country. He stresses the value of relationships and a customer centric approach when engaging in projects that has allowed him to develop true partnerships with many healthcare organizations. He obtained his B.A. Degree from Penn State University – State College.

 

Prior to Futura, Jason worked as a producer and broadcast professional with organizations such as Fox Sports, ESPN and NBC Sports. He spent years successfully developing as an on air sports personality  both in television and radio, before taking on a new challenge with Futura. Despite the transition, Jason has always kept his toes in the broadcast water.

 

Jason lives outside of the Philadelphia, Pa area and is not only an avid Philadelphia sports fan, but a true fan of the game(s) as well. When he’s not talking about the game, you’ll find him on the diamond or on a golf course… still trying to improve his own!

Nikki Graves

HR Manager

Nikki Lynn Graves, MHRM, PHR, a validated Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Currently, Nikki is committed to performing many obligations as a Human Resources Manager at Futura Mobility and remains accountable for the HR Operations. She obtained her Master’s in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Cheyney University.

 

Prior to Futura Mobility, Nikki upheld a Senior HR Business Partner position at a non-profit organization. She oversaw employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, training, development, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

 

Nikki resides in the Philadelphia area, and during her spare time, she is line-dancing, spending time with friends and family, or, most importantly, raising her son.
