David Gulian is a serial entrepreneur with a substantial list of start-up companies credited to his background. David has created over $1B in topline revenue across the organizations he has created and is known for his innovative ability to create new businesses and drive results through the development of people, technologies, patents, and revenues.

 

David is also no stranger to M&A business, leading two high profile company acquisitions including InfoLogix by Stanley Black & Decker in 2011 and LogiStar Solutions by Ernst & Young in 2014.

Charles Miller is responsible for Futura's financial and administrative operations. Mr. Miller has over 25 years of leadership experience in the software and technology space in both public and private equity backed environments. Prior to joining Futura, he served as Vice President of Finance at Sys-Tech Solutions, a leading provider of software and services to the pharmaceutical industry. At Sparta Systems, a leader in enterprise quality management software serving the medical device market, he was responsible for overseeing the company's general accounting and planning & analysis. He also spent 15 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration. Mr. Miller holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Rutgers University.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Futura, Thomas Grunwald is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing the day-to-day operational functions of the business. Tom is highly accomplished and brings over 40 years of experience to Futura. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, while providing world class customer service to his clients and team. 

 

Prior to joining Futura Healthcare in 2021, Tom spent over 30 years at Mercedes Benz USA providing strategic vision and leadership being responsible for the supply chain management for all domestic and export vehicles within the NAFTA region. He has an impressive history of building agile, technology enabled supply chain systems which supported the processing, tracking and delivery of vehicles from the plants located throughout the world to the dealerships in the US.

 

Tom resides at the Jersey shore area, and during his spare time, enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
